Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

· Unused and in its original condition

· Free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of assembly/use

· Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

· Accompanied by proof of purchase

Before returning any item, please contact us for return authorization.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

· Custom-made or personalized items

· Special-order furniture

· Clearance, sale, or final-sale items

· Assembled, used, altered, or damaged items

· Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For large furniture items, return shipping or collection fees may be deducted from the refund.
